PH3

Phosphine (PH3) is a colorless, poisonous gas with a fishy smell. The gas may form an explosive mixture with air and ignite spontaneously, producing white phosphorus pentoxide smoke which can cause serious respiratory tract irritation after inhalation. It can be used in semiconductor -oxidation/diffusion/epitaxy/CVD/implanting/etching and LED epitaxy processes.
