It is a colorless toxic gas that difficult to dissolve in water under standard conditions, the color is blue when liquid and solid state. With the free radicals, the chemical properties are very active. When reacting with oxygen, the corrosive gas NO2 can be formed. It coudl be applied to semiconductor oxidation / CVD process.
